About Us
Evolution of Recovery is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. We are driven by a deep commitment to improving the lives of individuals living with paralysis due to a spinal cord injury (SCI), traumatic brain injury (TBI), or stroke.
Our mission is to provide the resources, support, and advocacy necessary.
Though our mission we strive to build relationships through supportive grants and fundraising. Our purpose is to offer scholarships for imperative outpatient Physical therapy, Occupational and Speech therapies. Transportation scholarships to outpatient therapy centers and medical offices. Access options for specialized equipment. These efforts are designed to help individuals transition through one of life’s most difficult challenges and regain independence.

Following 20 years of nursing in specialty areas of Surgery, Neurology and Trauma, I felt a deeper calling to extend my impact beyond clinical care and founded this nonprofit organization, Evolution of Recovery, committed to supporting, educating and empowering individuals living with paralysis due to Spinal Cord Injury, Traumatic Brain Injury and Stroke, while advocating for greater awareness and critical access to resources.

Nursing Professional with 4 decades of comprehensive healthcare experience, including clinical expertise in Surgery, Neurology and Intensive care, Former Hospital Director of Medical, Orthopedics and Spine units, bringing strategic leadership and operational oversight to complex healthcare situations. Additionally, a former business owner of a home care agency located in the UK specializing in complex medical conditions associated with spinal cord injury.
